1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how FWMGAB (“FWMGAB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, register a community account, post or report an opportunity, configure a workspace, connect Stripe, or otherwise use our collaborative services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect contact details, account information such as your display name, email address, account type, and authentication information; community opportunities and reports you submit; account support requests; and workspace information, stakeholder names and emails, offer configuration, split rules, affiliate codes, and billing details you choose to provide.

Information from Stripe

When a workspace connects Stripe, we receive the data necessary to operate the ledger, such as Stripe event IDs, charge IDs, refund IDs, payment amounts, currencies, processing fees, payment timestamps, customer email addresses when supplied by Stripe, and metadata used to route a sale. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers or CVVs.

Technical information

We may collect log, device, browser, IP address, session-cookie, and usage information needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

3. Community information

When you publish an opportunity, its title, description, collaboration category, optional compensation or location information, display name, and account type may be visible to visitors of the community board. When you report an opportunity, we collect the report reason and any detail you submit so that we can review the report. Reporter identities are not displayed on the public board.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; authenticate accounts and maintain sessions; display community opportunities; review reports and take moderation actions; reconcile Stripe sales, fees, refunds, and payouts; display workspace records; respond to requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful use; comply with legal obligations; and improve the reliability and usability of the Service.

5. How we share information

We may share public community listing information with visitors of the community board; share information with service providers that support hosting, databases, logging, communications, security, and payments; with Stripe as necessary to enable an integration; with workspace users and stakeholders according to configured access; where required by law; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We retain account information, community posts and reports, and other information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate ledger and audit records, investigate reports, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the data and applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should protect your account credentials and promptly contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about the processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at hello@fwmgab.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information as required or permitted by law.

9. International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
